Depending on the needs of the project our services can range from weekly on-site meetings with the building team and architect, to handling all the site visits for curtain manufacturers, joinery makers, lighting specialists, decorators, carpet installers and more.
Home Staging
We also offer a home staging service to assist real estate agents and homeowners for maximising the sales and/or lettings value of homes coming onto the market.
Our Process
We offer a free one-hour initial meeting at the property to discuss all your requirements.
This way we get a better feel and understanding of how clients use their homes and businesses. For larger properties and hotels, we allow for more time to accommodate the size of the property.
This initial meeting gives us a good understand of the clients requirements as well as what improvements, space planning and interior works can be achieved within budget to create a new scheme.
Working with the clients brief we then go on to create a full design concept to include full colour schemes, fabric, furniture and lighting suggestions.
Our Pricing
For each individual project we quote a fixed price to allow for each projects needs. There are no hidden costs to the client.
For smaller project such as single room makeovers or home staging we offer a package price or can allow for an hour rate charge if required.
